Saratov Storage Tank Construction Works was founded in 1947.
Since 1990 the works is a private joint-stock company. Production area is 24 000
sq.m.
Production output amounts to 36 thousand tons of metal structures per year.
Number of employees is 823.
Average age of the employees is 44.

the requirements of national, international norms or surpasses them.

The main objective of CJSC "STCW" is improvement of welfare of every company employee based on getting
the greatest profit by satisfying the requirements of external customers to the greatest extent.

- The company has the license to design and fabricate tank metal structures
for using at the facilities of Republic Belarus.

- 1991 - under the "Lloyd's Register Industry Division Quality Scheme
for Product Certification by Surveillance of Quality Systems". The certificate is confirmed
every three years;
- 1998 - as complying with the requirements of ISO 9001-1994 by
the firm LRQA. The certificate is confirmed
every three years;
- 2001 - the Quality Management System was approved by
the specialists of the English firm LRQA as satisfying the requirements of
the international standard ISO 9001:2000. The certificate is confirmed
every three years;
- 2001 - the Quality Management System was approved by
the commission of Gosstandard of RF as satisfying the requirements
of GOST R ISO 9001-2001. The certificate is
confirmed every three years.
- 2003 - the Quality Management System was certified
as complying with API Spec Q1.
- 2010 - the Quality Management System was approved by LRQA
specialists as satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and by the certification
body LLC "Saratov Certification and Consulting Centre" as satisfying
GOST R ISO 9001:2008.
