License for use of equipment (device, material)

       We attach great importance to the quality of the product fabricated at the enterprise. In 1987 the complex system of the product quality management was developed and introduced in the company. In 1991 the Quality Management System was inspected regarding its compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001. According to the results of the inspection the company was issued the Approval Certificate № QIS111. The certificate is confirmed every three years.

       As a result of further development, in 1998 the Quality Management System was inspected by LRQA representatives and certified as complying with ISO 9001-1994, and in 2001 - as complying with ISO 9001-2000, and in 2010 as complying with ISO 9001:2008.

       In 2001 the Quality Management System was certified as satisfying the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 and in 2010 - as satisfying GOST R ISO 9001:2008.

       For achieved significant results in product and services quality and implementation of highly effective methods of quality management our company was granted the Quality Award of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2002.

       In 2003 the Quality Management System was certified as complying with API Specification Q1.

       In the company departments internal audits are conducted according to schedule, to ascertain that:
   - the Quality Management System in the departments complies with the planned arrangements,
   - the QMS meets the company requirements to the quality system that address requirements of the national, international and Russian standards,
   - the QMS is effectively implemented and maintained.
      The department managers, according to the job descriptions, are responsible for controlling fulfillment of the QMS procedures.

       Processes of improvement of the Quality Management System are performed on the basis of the analysis of the achievement of the objectives, processes effectiveness, effectiveness of the Quality Management System functioning, made by the heads of the departments and the company management.
       The Quality Control Department of the company is certified for the right to perform the following examination:
    - visual and measuring examination;
    - penetrant examination
(qualification certificate No. 82A510474 dd. 27.08.2010 granted by the Scientific and Training Center "Control and Diagnostics", Moscow.

       The main company laboratory performs the following tests:
   - mechanical testing of the rolled metal and welded joints in accordance with certificate No. 1012 dd. May 14, 2010 on assessment of measurement status in the laboratory, issued by the Saratov Standardization, Metrology and Certification Centre;
   - chemical and spectral analysis in accordance with certificate No. 950 dd. Aug. 10, 2009 on assessment of measurement status in the laboratory, issued by the Saratov Standardization, Metrology and Certification Centre;

    - radiographic, ultrasonic, and visual and measuring inspection of the welded joints according to qualification certificate No. 82A510527 dd. May 17, 2011, issued by the Training Centre "Control and Diagnosis" Moscow.

       Managers, specialists and work performers of the company are trained and certified for II level by the Scientific and Training Center "Control and Diagnostics" and "NIKIMT" under the norms of Rostechnadzor PB 02-440-03 and international norms EN 473 and ISO 9712 for the right to perform the following non-destructive examination:
    - visual and measuring examination;
    - radiographic examination;
    - ultrasonic examination.
